Roll Call – Councilor Graney, McNabb, Smith, and Mayor Lattimore - Present. Councilor Dempsey arrived at 7:45PM.

All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Work Session --- Budget Workshop
Council joined the City Manager and Comptroller in discussing the Manager’s proposed 2006-07 budget. ~They discussed the following: Mayor & City Council; Commissions & Boards; City Clerk; City Manager; Corporation Counsel; Finance; Planning & Economic Development; Solid Waste; Hydro-Electric; Water Filtration; and Wastewater Treatment.

Agreement Resolution #75of 2006 authorizing award of a Consultant Agreement with Hugh E. House for field engineering/inspection services. Vote: Councilor Graney, McNabb, Smith, Dempsey and Mayor Lattimore, aye. ~CARRIED
